Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.
Where we ship
Canada, the United States, Australia and the United Kingdom.
How long it takes
- Processing. 1 to 2 working days from when you order.
- Delivery. Typically 6 to 8 days after dispatch.
These are typical times rather than guarantees. Customs checks, peak periods and courier delays can add time.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating, and it is normal for it to look quiet for several days during the international leg.
If there has been no movement for more than 10 days, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier.
Customs and duties
Any import duties or taxes are covered by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Wrong address
If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot change its destination.
Lost parcels
If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
