Is The Nook made for side sleepers?

That is the whole point of the shape. The double curve fills the gap under your top arm, carries the weight of your top leg and holds a line between your knees, so your shoulder, hips and knees stay in line and your spine stays neutral through the night. If you sleep mostly on your back or your front, you will get less out of it.

Most body pillows are a straight tube that stops at the knee, so they hold one point and leave the rest of you to compensate. The Nook is a double curve, shaped to carry three points at the same time, from your shoulder down to your shin.

It is 105cm long and 30cm across, roughly the space of your own outstretched arm. It lies alongside you rather than across the bed, so it works in anything from a single to a king, with room for a partner on the other side.

No. It gives you full body support without the bulk of an oversized U-shape taking over the bed. It is built for side sleepers generally, rather than specifically for pregnancy.

A soft fibre fill that holds its shape and flexes as you move, rather than locking you into one position. It is not dense foam, so it does not trap heat against you, and it does not flatten out after a fortnight.

Yes. The cover unzips and goes in the machine, so you can keep it clean without replacing the pillow.

Powder Blue, Dove Grey and Blush Pink. Same curve, same fill and the same guarantee in each, so it comes down to which one suits your bed.

Sleep on it for thirty nights. Your body has held the same position for years, so it takes a week or two to settle into something new. If it is still not right we refund you in full, with no return fee and no need for the original box. Shipping is free on every order.
